Frequently Asked Questions

Is Clarity available to the general public?

No, not yet. The current version of Clarity is the first iteration of the vision for a comprehensive multi-agentic requirements management platform. While Clarity is included in every engagement with Cogsentia, the use of the tool on Customer engagements requires data integration with their Jira, Slack, Teams or Click Up platforms to source the data for the agents to do their work. A typical engagement with Cogsentia begins with data identification and integration for our AI agents.

How is Clarity deployed?

Clarity as well as the other first mile tools are deployed to a customer dedicated Virtual Machine (VM) in Cogsentia’s Azure cloud or to a VM in a customer furnished cloud.

Can our team use Clarity after the Cogsentia project ends?

Yes! Clarity is considered an delivery artifact and is part of the deliverable package for any engagement for project services. Customers can use Clarity in their VM or contract with Cogsentia to maintain a VM for as long as they wish. Product updates will occur for a long as Cogsentia and the customer maintain an ongoing engagement. Post engagement, Customers are free to continue to use the platform as they wish but future product updates are not provided.

What about other “First Mile” tools such as Figma or Claude Code?

These tools are licensed by their respective providers and in order for customers to use them, they must subscribe to these services. Cogsentia consultants carry licenses for these platforms so license procurement on the part of the customer for Cogsentia is not required.

How much does Clarity cost?

Clarity is a deliverable and part of deliverable package for any customer engagement. Every engagement with Cogsentia for Project Initiation or Project Rescue includes Clarity in the contract. Some customers prefer an hourly rate inclusive of Clarity, while others prefer lower rate with separate fees for Clarity. Either are available.

Is the use of Clarity mandatory?

For Cogsentia project services such as project initiation or project rescue, the use of Clarity is fundamental to our value proposition and is considered to be an integral part of our delivery. As Cogsentia also provides services for AI implementation strategy and design, Clarity is recommended for these engagements but is not a requirement for the deliverable package.
